DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is this Mitsui High-tec MSG-200MH 6" x 12" manual surface grinder, a premium Japanese-built toolroom grinder equipped for high-precision work recently refurbished with new table bearings and freshly scraped ways.

This machine is fitted with a Sony digital readout system, variable-frequency drive (VFD) spindle control, and a Walker electromagnetic chuck with automatic release controller, providing excellent workholding and smooth operating characteristics.

In addition to standard hand feeds, this grinder features ultra-fine vernier micro-feed adjustment dials on both axes, allowing extremely precise incremental positioning — ideal for toolroom, jig grinding, mold work, and finishing operations requiring tenths-level control.

Please note: this machine does not include a flood coolant system. It is equipped with a single-point lubrication system for slideways and moving components.
