DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is this VJ Electronix X-15LP X-Ray Inspection System, designed for high-quality, non-destructive inspection of printed circuit boards (PCBs), BGA solder connections, electronic components, assemblies, and other internal structures.

The X-15LP provides real-time X-ray imaging that allows an operator to inspect areas that cannot be visually examined using conventional optical inspection methods. It is particularly useful for evaluating BGA (Ball Grid Array) solder joints, hidden solder connections, component placement, solder defects, voids, bridges, opens, and other internal electronic assembly conditions.

This system features a large inspection tray/work area with full access through the lifting side cabinet section, allowing larger PCB assemblies to be easily loaded into the inspection area.

We have physically verified that an 18" x 16.5" PCB will fit on the inspection tray.

The system incorporates joystick-controlled positioning, an integrated operator control console, enclosed X-ray inspection cabinet, and a complete Dell computer workstation with the inspection software installed.

Unlike incomplete systems frequently found on the secondary market, this unit is being offered as a complete operational package with the computer, monitor, controls, software, and accessories shown in the photographs.

The machine has been tested and is running excellent and is available for inspection and demonstration by appointment.
