DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is a Tormach PCNC 1100 CNC Vertical Milling Machine being offered as an unusually complete package with Automatic Tool Changer (ATC), Tormach Tooling System (TTS), rotary/4th-axis equipment, extensive tooling, collets, drill chucks, end mills, workholding accessories, computer workstation, PathPilot software, original manuals, and documentation.

The Tormach PCNC 1100 is a highly versatile compact CNC machining center widely used in prototype manufacturing, R&D facilities, educational institutions, toolrooms, job shops, and small-production environments.

This machine is equipped with the desirable Tormach Automatic Tool Changer, allowing multiple tools to be loaded and automatically changed during CNC programs. It also incorporates the Tormach Tooling System (TTS), and this particular machine comes with a substantial assortment of tooling and holders.

A large additional tooling package has now been located and is included with the machine. The package contains numerous TTS-style holders, collets, drill chucks, end mills/cutting tools, clamps and setup tooling, rotary/4th-axis equipment, chucks, coolant components, and additional accessories as shown in the photographs.

Also included is an extensive documentation package with Tormach PCNC 1100 Operator Manual, ATC Operator Manual, technical documents, PathPilot software, Tormach Tool Assistant software, and the original Certificate of Inspection.

IMPORTANT CONDITION NOTE: The machine powers on; however, the control computer presently does not properly communicate with the machine and has displayed software/file-system startup errors. The machine was acquired substantially complete with its original control, ATC, computer system, tooling and accessories.

The control computer currently displays startup/file-system errors and does not properly communicate with the machine.

We have not attempted to diagnose or repair the communication issue.

Because of this issue, the machine is being offered AS-IS and we are not representing it as presently production-ready.

However, the machine includes an unusually extensive assortment of valuable Tormach tooling, rotary equipment, ATC components, software, documentation, computer hardware, workholding and accessories.

Used Machines may not incorporate approved activating mechanisms, operator safety devices or safety guards as required by OSHA or otherwise. It is the user's responsibility that the said machines be so equipped and safeguarded to meet OSHA and any other requirements before placing such machinery into operation. User agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agent to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations furnished by manufacturer, or Seller, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. User shall notify Seller promptly after occurrence of any accident involving these machines, and shall cooperate fully with Seller or Seller's agent in investigating and determining the cause of said accident.
