DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is a Kalamazoo Model 9A Horizontal Band Saw, a heavy-duty American-made production saw designed for cutting structural steel, solid stock, tubing, pipe, and various ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

This machine has been tested and is operating properly. It features a hydraulic downfeed system, factory coolant system, heavy-duty cast iron construction, and a swiveling vise for angle cutting applications.

Kalamazoo band saws have long been recognized for their rugged construction, reliability, and ease of maintenance. The Model 9A is particularly popular in fabrication shops, maintenance departments, machine shops, vocational schools, and industrial manufacturing facilities.

The machine is equipped with a swiveling vise assembly allowing for miter cutting and angle work without repositioning the material. Hydraulic downfeed provides controlled cutting pressure for improved blade life and cutting performance.

CONDITION

Machine has been tested and is running properly.

Hydraulic downfeed functions correctly and the machine cycles as intended. Vise assembly, blade guides, and coolant system are installed. Machine shows normal cosmetic wear consistent with age and use but remains a solid industrial saw ready for continued service.

Inspection under power is welcomed and encouraged.

INDEMNIFICATION

Used Machines may not incorporate approved activating mechanisms, operator safety devices or safety guards as required by OSHA or otherwise. It is the user's responsibility that the said machines be so equipped and safeguarded to meet OSHA and any other requirements before placing such machinery into operation.

User agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agent to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations furnished by manufacturer, or Seller, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

User shall notify Seller promptly after occurrence of any accident involving these machines, and shall cooperate fully with Seller or Seller's agent in investigating and determining the cause of said accident.
