DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is an AQC Dust Collecting Systems MAXIVIBE Dust Collector, equipped with explosion protection, fire isolation equipment, shaker bag cleaning system, and a recently installed set of filter bags.

This industrial dust collection system is designed for the collection of dust, fines, and airborne particulate generated by woodworking, plastics processing, composite manufacturing, metalworking, and general industrial operations.

The system is equipped with a 10 HP main blower motor/ approx. 5,500 CFM, integrated shaker cleaning system, explosion vent panel, fire isolation valve, collection hopper, and drum discharge arrangement. Also included is a modern control panel with disconnect, timers, pressure monitoring, and automatic cleaning controls.

A significant feature of this unit is the incorporation of explosion protection equipment manufactured by EcoMaxx / Vigilex and Aircom, providing enhanced safety for combustible dust applications.

The filter bags have recently been replaced, reducing future maintenance costs and making the system ready for immediate installation and operation.

The unit was manufactured in approximately 2018-2019 and represents a substantially newer system than many comparable dust collectors currently available on the secondary market.

Used Machines may not incorporate approved activating mechanisms, operator safety devices or safety guards as required by OSHA or otherwise. It is the user's responsibility that the said machines be so equipped and safeguarded to meet OSHA and any other requirements before placing such machinery into operation.

User agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agent to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations furnished by manufacturer, or Seller, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

User shall notify Seller promptly after occurrence of any accident involving these machines, and shall cooperate fully with Seller or Seller's agent in investigating and determining the cause of said accident.
