DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is a DRI-AIR HP4-X300 Central Desiccant Resin Drying System equipped with five (5) RH60 stainless steel drying hoppers, integrated hopper bank controls, closed-loop desiccant drying system, process air distribution manifold, and high-temperature drying configuration.

This system was removed from service in operating condition and is designed for drying engineering-grade thermoplastics including nylon, polycarbonate, PET, ABS, acetal, and other moisture-sensitive resins.

The package consists of a centralized HP4-X300 desiccant dryer supplying conditioned process air to five individual RH60 drying hoppers. Each hopper features independent temperature controls, sight glasses, and dedicated process air connections, allowing multiple material batches to be dried and maintained simultaneously.

The system appears to be equipped with additional process air conditioning and heat exchange components commonly found on higher-temperature resin drying systems. This configuration is frequently utilized in medical molding, technical molding, custom injection molding, extrusion, and high-performance plastics processing environments.

INDEMNIFICATION

Used Machines may not incorporate approved activating mechanisms, operator safety devices or safety guards as required by OSHA or otherwise. It is the user's responsibility that the said machines be so equipped and safeguarded to meet OSHA and any other requirements before placing such machinery into operation.

User agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agent to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations furnished by manufacturer, or Seller, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

User shall notify Seller promptly after occurrence of any accident involving these machines, and shall cooperate fully with Seller or Seller's agent in investigating and determining the cause of said accident.
