DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is a Matsui MJ3-15-U High Temperature Desiccant Resin Dryer, complete with stainless steel drying hopper, material loader, pickup wand, spare hopper loader, spare filter element, and associated material conveying accessories.

This system is designed for drying hygroscopic engineering-grade thermoplastics requiring low moisture content prior to processing. Typical applications include injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, medical molding, and technical plastics manufacturing.

The dryer utilizes a closed-loop desiccant drying system with independent process and regeneration heating circuits to provide consistent drying performance for moisture-sensitive resins such as nylon, polycarbonate, PET, PBT, ABS, acetal, and other engineering materials.

The system has been tested and appears to have seen very little use and presents in exceptionally clean running condition. The stainless steel drying hopper, controls, pneumatic components, and electrical cabinet all appear well maintained.

Included with the dryer is a hopper-mounted material loader, an additional spare loader, pickup wand, material hoses, and spare filter element, making this a complete drying package ready for installation and operation.

CONDITION

System has been tested and is in excellent overall condition and shows minimal signs of use.

User agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agent to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations furnished by manufacturer, or Seller, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

User shall notify Seller promptly after occurrence of any accident involving these machines, and shall cooperate fully with Seller or Seller's agent in investigating and determining the cause of said accident.
