DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is a DRI-AIR HPD-2 High Temperature Desiccant Resin Dryer, equipped with a 60 lb RH60 stainless steel drying hopper, Advanced Dryer Control system, No-Spill quick-change receiver assembly, and integrated material loading system.

This industrial drying system is designed for drying hygroscopic engineering-grade thermoplastics requiring precise moisture control prior to processing. Typical applications include injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, medical molding, technical plastics manufacturing, and processing of moisture-sensitive engineering resins.

The HPD-2 utilizes a closed-loop desiccant drying process to achieve low moisture content while maintaining stable drying temperatures and efficient operation.

This unit is equipped with Dri-Air's Advanced Dryer Control interface, allowing operators to easily monitor and adjust drying parameters. The integrated RH60 stainless steel drying hopper provides a 60-pound material capacity and includes a viewing window for material inspection.

The machine also features a No-Spill magnetic quick-disconnect receiver system, integrated material conveying, stainless steel hopper construction, and a compact mobile design.

Unit was removed from service in operating condition and presents well overall.

User agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agent to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations furnished by manufacturer, or Seller, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

User shall notify Seller promptly after occurrence of any accident involving these machines, and shall cooperate fully with Seller or Seller's agent in investigating and determining the cause of said accident.
