DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is a DRI-AIR HP4-X 35 FM High-Temperature Desiccant Resin Dryer, equipped with a 60 lb RH60 stainless steel drying hopper, Advanced Dryer Control system, No-Spill quick-disconnect receiver assembly, and integrated material conveying package.

This self-contained drying system is designed for processing moisture-sensitive engineering-grade thermoplastics requiring elevated drying temperatures and precise moisture control prior to molding or extrusion. Typical applications include injection molding, extrusion, medical molding, technical plastics manufacturing, and processing of hygroscopic resins such as Nylon, Polycarbonate, ABS, PET, Acetal, PBT, and other engineering materials.

The HP4-X utilizes Dri-Air's closed-loop desiccant drying technology to achieve low moisture content while maintaining consistent drying temperatures and stable processing conditions. The Advanced Dryer Control system allows operators to monitor and adjust drying parameters quickly and accurately.

The system is equipped with a 60 lb RH60 stainless steel drying hopper, integrated material conveying system, No-Spill quick-change receiver assembly, and compact mobile frame design. The No-Spill receiver utilizes rare-earth magnetic retention technology for fast hopper changes while minimizing material loss and contamination.

This unit is ideal for molders and processors requiring a compact, high-performance drying package for engineering resins and technical materials.

Unit was removed from service in operating condition and presents well overall.

Unit appears to be in good overall condition.

Control system, stainless steel hopper, conveying components, receiver assembly, and cabinet all present well. Equipment was removed from service in operating condition.

INDEMNIFICATION

Used Machines may not incorporate approved activating mechanisms, operator safety devices or safety guards as required by OSHA or otherwise. It is the user's responsibility that the said machines be so equipped and safeguarded to meet OSHA and any other requirements before placing such machinery into operation.

User agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agent to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations furnished by manufacturer, or Seller, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

User shall notify Seller promptly after occurrence of any accident involving these machines, and shall cooperate fully with Seller or Seller's agent in investigating and determining the cause of said accident.
