DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is a Nelmor G1012LS Plastic Granulator equipped with a heavy-duty 5 HP Lincoln Electric motor, cutting knives & bed knives, and an approximately 1/4" perforated screen.

Nelmor granulators are widely used throughout the plastics industry for reclaiming runners, sprues, rejected molded parts, purge material, and production scrap. Their rugged construction, efficient cutting chamber design, and compact footprint make them ideal for beside-the-press grinding operations as well as centralized recycling applications.

This unit has been tested and is running well. The machine is equipped with a large feed hopper measuring approximately 10" wide x 14" long, allowing processing of larger molded parts and runners than many compact granulators.

The cutting chamber is fitted with rotor and bed knives and currently includes an approximately 1/4" sizing screen for producing consistent regrind material suitable for many molding processes.

CONDITION

Machine has been tested and is running well.

The granulator is equipped with rebuilt rotor and bed knives and presents very well overall. The installed screen is in good condition and the machine shows only normal cosmetic wear associated with industrial use.

User agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agent to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations furnished by manufacturer, or Seller, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970. User shall notify Seller promptly after occurrence of any accident involving these machines, and shall cooperate fully with Seller or Seller's agent in investigating and determining the cause of said accident.
