DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is this Dri-Air ARID-X 35HM High-Performance Desiccant Resin Drying System, engineered for continuous drying of hygroscopic engineering-grade plastic resins requiring precise moisture removal and accurate process temperature control.

This industrial drying package incorporates Dri-Air's proven dual-bed regenerative desiccant technology together with a large insulated drying hopper, integrated material receiver, regenerative blower package, alarm beacon, and heavy-duty mobile support frame.

The system is configured for industrial plastics processing applications including injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, and thermoforming.

PLEASE NOTE: The main electronic controller board has been removed and is NOT included with this machine. The wiring harnesses remain intact and disconnected, while the remaining electrical cabinet, blowers, hopper, valves, and mechanical assemblies appear substantially complete.

This unit is being offered AS-IS for parts, repair, or refurbishment and would make an excellent donor machine or restoration project for facilities currently operating Dri-Air ARID-X drying systems.

CONDITION

This Dri-Air ARID-X 35HM drying system is being sold AS-IS for parts, repair, or refurbishment.

The main electronic controller board has been removed and is NOT included with the machine. The wiring harnesses remain intact and disconnected, as shown in the photographs.

The drying hopper, regenerative blower assembly, material receiver, valves, support frame, and the remainder of the electrical cabinet appear to be substantially complete and in very good overall condition.

Inspection of the electrical cabinet shows the contactors, relays, transformers, fuse protection, and wiring remain installed. Based on visual inspection, the missing controller board appears to be the primary missing component.

Because of the missing controller board, the machine has not been tested under power.

Buyer is encouraged to inspect the equipment prior to purchase.
