Available for immediate sale is this Dri-Air APD-1 Industrial Desiccant Resin Drying System, equipped with a 30 lb. RH30 Stainless Steel Drying Hopper, advanced digital process controller, regenerative desiccant drying package, and magnetic cartridge material receiver.

Designed for continuous drying of hygroscopic engineering-grade plastic resins, this system provides precise process temperature control and low dew point performance for demanding plastics processing applications.

The APD-1 utilizes Dri-Air's proven regenerative desiccant drying technology to remove moisture from engineering plastics including Nylon, Polycarbonate, ABS, Acetal, PET, PBT, TPU, and other moisture-sensitive materials.

This compact drying package is ideal for injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, laboratory production, and technical plastics processing.

The unit features an advanced digital controller, complete electrical cabinet, regenerative blower package, integrated RH30 drying hopper, and Power Balanced Magnetic Cartridge material receiver.

CONDITION

This Dri-Air APD-1 drying system is in very good overall condition and has been professionally cleaned and prepared for resale.

The drying hopper, magnetic receiver, digital controller, blower assembly, electrical cabinet, and overall machine present very well cosmetically.

Inspection of the electrical cabinet shows the original controller board, contactors, relays, overloads, fuse protection, and wiring remain installed and appear complete.

The machine has been tested and is operating properly.
