Available for immediate sale is this Dri-Air HPD-4 High-Performance High-Temp Desiccant Resin Drying System, equipped with a 150 lb. RH150 Stainless Steel Drying Hopper, advanced digital process controller, regenerative desiccant drying package, integrated material receiver, and vacuum loading system.

Designed for continuous drying of hygroscopic engineering-grade plastic resins, the HPD-4 provides precise process temperature control and ultra-low dew point performance required for demanding plastics processing applications.

This complete drying system utilizes Dri-Air's proven regenerative desiccant technology to efficiently remove moisture from engineering plastics including Nylon, ABS, Polycarbonate, PET, PBT, Acetal, TPU, Acrylic, and other hygroscopic materials.

The package includes a large insulated stainless steel drying hopper, Power Balanced Magnetic Cartridge Receiver, integrated vacuum loading system, regenerative blower package, advanced digital controller, and heavy-duty mobile base.

CONDITION

This Dri-Air HPD-4 drying system is in very good overall condition and has been professionally cleaned and prepared for resale.

The stainless steel RH150 hopper, vacuum loader, magnetic receiver, digital controller, blower assembly, and electrical cabinet all present very well cosmetically.

Inspection of the electrical cabinet shows the original controller board, contactors, relays, overload protection, fuse block, and wiring remain installed and appear complete.

The machine has been tested and is operating properly.
