Available for immediate sale is this Dri-Air HPD-2 High-Temp Desiccant Resin Drying System, equipped with a 60 lb. RH60 Stainless Steel Drying Hopper, advanced digital process controller, regenerative desiccant drying package, No-Spill Magnetic Cartridge Material Receiver, and a pneumatic vacuum loading system.

Designed for continuous drying of hygroscopic engineering-grade plastic resins, the HPD-2 provides precise process temperature control and ultra-low dew point performance for demanding plastics processing applications.

This complete drying package utilizes Dri-Air's proven regenerative desiccant technology to efficiently remove moisture from engineering plastics including Nylon, ABS, Polycarbonate, PET, PBT, Acetal, TPU, Acrylic, and other moisture-sensitive resins.

The package includes a stainless steel RH60 insulated drying hopper, No-Spill Magnetic Cartridge receiver, pneumatic vacuum loader, regenerative blower package, advanced digital controller, and heavy-duty mobile base.

CONDITION

This Dri-Air HPD-2 drying system is in very good overall condition and has been professionally cleaned and prepared for resale.

The stainless steel RH60 hopper, digital controller, electrical cabinet, regenerative blower, No-Spill receiver, pneumatic loader assembly, and overall machine present very well cosmetically.

Inspection of the electrical cabinet shows the original controller electronics, contactors, overloads, relays, fuse protection, and wiring remain installed and appear complete.

The pneumatic vacuum loading assembly is included with the machine and is shown removed in the photographs for inspection.

The machine has been tested and is operating properly.

Buyer is encouraged to inspect the equipment under power prior to purchase.
