The Extrude Hone abrasive flow machining process utilizes a controlled, abrasive-laden flowable media that is hydraulically forced through or across selected areas of a workpiece. The process can remove burrs, improve surface finish, radius edges, polish internal passages, and produce highly repeatable finishing results in areas that can be difficult or impossible to access with conventional finishing methods.
