DRI-AIR VACUUM RECEIVERS

These receivers are designed to automatically transfer plastic resin from a material source to a processing machine, drying hopper, day bin, or other destination using a pneumatic vacuum conveying system.

Rather than manually carrying and filling resin at each machine, a properly configured vacuum conveying system can automatically move material where it is needed.

HOW A VACUUM RECEIVER WORKS

A vacuum receiver is mounted above the molding machine, dryer hopper, storage hopper, or other material destination.

A vacuum source creates airflow through the conveying line, pulling plastic pellets or regrind from a material source through flexible conveying hose and into the receiver.

Inside the receiver, the resin is separated from the conveying air and collected.

At the completion of the loading cycle, the collected resin is discharged from the receiver into the hopper or machine below.

The cycle can then repeat automatically as required.

This provides an efficient method of keeping processing equipment supplied with material while reducing repetitive manual handling.

User shall promptly notify Seller following any accident involving this equipment and shall cooperate fully with Seller or Seller's agent in investigating and determining the cause of such accident.
