DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is this Nelmor G810LS Low-Speed Plastic Granulator, equipped with an 8" × 10" class cutting chamber, 3 HP Nord gearmotor, low-speed geared drive system, heavy-duty cutting chamber, discharge collection bin, starter controls, and mobile caster base.

The Nelmor G810LS is a compact, heavy-duty beside-the-press granulator designed for efficient size reduction of plastic sprues, runners, molded parts, rejects, and other recyclable thermoplastic material.

Unlike conventional high-speed granulators, the G810LS utilizes a reduced-speed cutting system designed to provide controlled material reduction while helping minimize noise, heat generation, dust, and excessive fines.

This makes the G810LS particularly well suited for injection molding facilities, plastics processors, extrusion operations, recycling departments, and other applications where clean and consistent regrind is required.

This particular machine is equipped with the desirable 3 HP configuration and a heavy-duty Nord reduction gear drive. The Nord nameplate indicates a 3 HP motor with 1,750 RPM input and approximately 302 RPM output, providing substantial torque at the rotor.

The cutting chamber is equipped with a 3-knife rotor and stationary bed knives. The knives appear to be in very good condition with clean, sharp cutting edges.
