DESCRIPTION

Available for immediate sale is a Magellan Metrology V200 Video Measuring System, manufactured in the USA by Caliper Designs, Inc., complete with the original Dell All-in-One computer, Magellan Video-Workshop measuring software, keyboard, mouse, operating manual, integrated digital camera, programmable illumination system, and motorized zoom.

This is a complete bench-top optical/video measuring system designed for precision non-contact dimensional inspection of machined components, stampings, molded parts, electronics, tooling, gears, medical components, and other precision manufactured parts.

This system has been powered up, tested, and is operating excellent.

The original Dell All-in-One computer is included and retains the Magellan Video-Workshop measurement software and original machine configuration. The computer communicates properly with the V200, and the live video imaging, illumination, motorized zoom, digital measurement display, and software measurement functions have been tested.

As shown in the photographs, the system produces a clear, high-resolution live image and is capable of performing graphical feature measurements directly through the Video-Workshop software.

The V200 incorporates a precision granite base, mono-rail measuring stage, manual quick-release X/Y positioning, digital camera system, programmable LED illumination, and motorized optical zoom.

The machine also carries a Holt's Precision calibration label dated March 24, 2025, with Gage ID MAG00536. The calibration interval expired March 24, 2026; this information is provided as calibration history only.

Unlike many used optical measuring systems offered without their original computer or operating software, this V200 is being offered as a complete, operational package with its original computer and software intact.

Used Machines may not incorporate approved activating mechanisms, operator safety devices or safety guards as required by OSHA or otherwise. It is the user's responsibility that the said machines be so equipped and safeguarded to meet OSHA and any other requirements before placing such machinery into operation.

User agrees to indemnify and hold Seller harmless of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agent to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations furnished by manufacturer, or Seller, or by failure of user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

User shall notify Seller promptly after occurrence of any accident involving these machines, and shall cooperate fully with Seller or Seller's agent in investigating and determining the cause of said accident.
